Because Online versions of TCG's have never been done before...


I never implied it was unique, just that I find the genre kind of ick.

I decided I didn't have quite enough non-EVE things to distract me so got in to this a bit. It's a cerebral experience, and I find it a nice change of pace when in the mood for something turn-based instead of real-time. It's basically a ripoff off Magic: The Gathering, but they've simplified some things (which imo are mainly improvements, such as making mana a steadily growing resource instead of being dependent on getting the right land cards for example, and simplified blocking mechanics).

It's really nothing to do with WoW except the theme (which is pretty hokey). You don't need to have played wow to play this, and playing this isn't likely to corrupt you in to a wow player.

Got addicted to arena run on HS :(


Good thing with Hearthstone is that it doesn't take lots of time for 1 game
